Click on Start >> Run >> regedit >> Click OK.
Then Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows >> CurrentVersion >> Policies >> ExplorerLook for "NoStartMenuMorePrograms" on the Right side if you find it Right Click on it Click Modify and make sure its set at "0" If a "NoStartMenuMorePrograms" value doesn't exist, go to the Edit menu, select New, DWORDvalue, and create the value. Set the value to 1 to disable or 0 to enable.
