Unable to play Blue Ray DVD - Failed to Enable HDCP Error 0107.

Solution: Please download the BD/HD-DVD Advisor from Cyber link Website: http://www.cyberlink.com/english/support/bdhd_support/index.jsp

•       After downloading we can analyze which component needs a fix.

•       In one of the cases customer was connecting a wrong Video cable.

Observations by TSS: In order to play the Blue ray DVD

•       One should have a HDCP Compliant video card, latest Video driver  and Cyberlink 7.0 Software updated with latest patches.

•       You can update the cyberlink power dvd by clicking on ONLINE UPDATES on the options present on the right side of the software.
