A warning message stating that some of the CPU cores are not enabled may be noticed when customer tries to run PC Doctor from Dell Support Center 2.0.

This occurs due to various reasons, however the two most common reasons are CPU throttling and OS load.

Choose the highest number of processors in Windows by following the below steps.

a) Go to Start > Choose Run > Type 'msconfig' in the text box > Press Key.

b) Select the Boot tab > Click on Advanced options.

c) Under 'Number of processors', choose the highest number of processors.
