Backup a Windows Mail Account

1. Click on Start , type Windows Mail, and then press the key.
Windows Mail launches.
2. Click on Tools and select Accounts…
The Internet Accounts window appears.
3. Select the account you wish to export and click on the Export… button.
The Export Internet Account window appears
4. Select the location of the file that you wish to export and click Save
5. Click on the Close button to close the Internet Accounts window.
The account settings have now been exported.

Restore a Windows Mail Account

1. Click on Start , type Windows Mail, and then press the key.
Windows Mail launches.
2. Click on Tools and select Accounts…
The Internet Accounts window appears.
3. Click on the Import… button
The Import Internet Account window appears
4. Select the location of the file that you wish to import and click Open
5. Click on the Close button to close the Internet Accounts window
The account settings have now been imported.
